Unmasking Mental Health: The Helping Healer & CMHA Unite for Change

We at The Helping Healer and Friends are excited to announce our partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). This collaboration serves as a beacon of hope, emphasizing our commitment to making quality mental health support accessible to everyone. Together, we aim to destigmatize mental health challenges and empower individuals with trusted information and actionable resources, inspiring a future where mental health is recognized as a universal right. Our joint efforts will lead to the development of more community-driven initiatives and the expansion of peer-led support programs.

For the past nine years, The Helping Healer now re-branded as The Helping Healer and Friends has been at the forefront of public health, gender equality, and the healing arts, ensuring that voices are heard, resources are shared, and healing is embraced. Our journey has been fueled by passion, purpose, and an unwavering dedication to improving lives and fostering empowerment.

Today, we elevate our advocacy by partnering with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), an organization dedicated to recognizing mental health as a universal human right. This partnership is not just a collaboration; it is a powerful alliance that strengthens our mission to destigmatize mental health challenges, uplift communities, and provide tangible support to those in need. Your support in this journey is invaluable and will make a significant difference.

As the reigning Miss New Westminster North America World 2024 and a delegate for Miss Universe Canada 2025, I proudly stand as a champion for change. Both the Miss Universe Canada Organization and CMHA understand that mental well-being is essential for personal success and societal progress. Through every conversation, shared resource, and effort made, we are shaping a brighter and more compassionate world where seeking mental health support is met with understanding and respect, rather than shame.
